Cancellation Policy

Consumers have a fortnightly right of withdrawal.

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The revocation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.
In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Zippo UK Limited, 2.10 The Barley Mow Centre, 10 Barley Mow Passage, Chiswick, London, W4 4PH, United Kingdom, telephone: +44 208 964 0666) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g. e-mail sent by our contact form). You can use the model revocation form, but this is not mandatory.
In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient to send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of the cancellation

If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choosing a different method of delivery to the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), immediately and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive notification of your revocation of this agreement. For this repayment we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged for this repayment. We may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us or to Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd, Milton Keynes Distribution Centre, Bradbourne Drive, MK7 8BN, Milton Keynes, United Kingdom immediately and in any case within 14 days at the latest from the day you inform us of the cancellation of this agreement. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual choice or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.


We deliver exclusively within the UK.

We do not deliver to packing stations. Please indicate your full address when ordering.

The standard shipping for an order with a value of less than £50 is £6.95. We ship free of charge for orders with a value of £50 or more.

Delivery time: 1-3 working days

Please note that delays may occur in exceptional cases.
We do not send partial deliveries, but only complete orders.

Complaints and refunds

You have received defective or faulty goods? Although our products are subject to high standards, damage can occur during transport. We will help you to replace the item.
In such a case, please contact our customer service within 14 days of receipt of the goods using the contact form. We will examine your case individually and then send you all further information about the complaint.
